CONSULTATION & RECOMMENDATION

              H. Deformation of plastic components due to high ironing temperatures
                 - Exposure to high temperatures may cause the zipper teeth to deform or melt. It is essential to use
a protective cloth when ironing garments that include zippers.

                 - Please note that deformation may also occur if the top and bottom stops, slider, or teeth are made
                 from plastic materials.

              I. Appropriate stitching position ( Applicable to metal, plastic, and nylon zippers )
                 - The slider requires sufficient space to move smoothly for proper zipper functionality.

                 - If stitching is done too close to the zipper teeth, the slider may catch on the surrounding fabric.

                 - Please ensure that adequate clearance is provided to allow smooth movement of the slider.

                 - In particular, lining fabric is prone to getting caught in the slider, so it is important to stitch at a safe
distance from the zipper teeth and secure the lining properly.

                                       Clearance space for slider operation

              J. Notes on sewing nylon zippers
                 - When making space for sewing nylon zippers, a few teeth are usually cut off the zipper tape.
Sometimes, a bit of the cut teeth can be left near the top stop, and they might stick out if the end of
the tape is folded too close to the stop during sewing.

                 - These sharp cut teeth can scratch the person wearing the garment.
